Paper Play

I've started off this year with a few pages of Paul and I. He's always so awesome letting me take photos with him and is generally fairly patient with me. Also I just love putting these pages together because I feel I can be much more girly with them than i can be with the boys pages.

Hello there!

We have had a really lovely break here, its been so lovely to relax and spend time with my two little ones. Last year was especially busy and I didn't realize just how much I had needed a break and some fun! I thought I would start off with sharing some of my Scrap pages from the last part of 2013. I have been doing Wilna Furstenberg's Art Class 2 (over at two peas in a bucket) So some of the pages are inspired by the class.

 Luke turned Six and all day exclaimed "thankyou, thankyou so much for my lovely birthday!!!"

 These photos were taken during our family Christmas advent, so much fun :-)

Luke went to the Variety Club Christmas Party, he had a wonderful time and cam home with his face painted like a Rudolf, it was so cute!

Advent Day 2

The boys had an awesome time making cards for some special loved ones,

There was glitter and glue everywhere, some stamping and even some stars were glued on.

Advent Day 1

Today was all about Santa letters. Blake spent the morning colouring in his letter then writing down exactly what he wants

There was much excitement about the arrival of two elves, this one Zap they are not allowed to touch so they also have one that they love to play with.

Christmas Tags

Inspired by my beautiful friend Emma, today I made some Christmas advent tags.

I've hung them up in a row and the boys are going to add one to the tree each day. They also have an advent activity for each day. Are you getting organised for Christmas ? 

Christmas Soaps

Finally I have some Christmas Soaps!

I am love love loving these reindeer soaps with there glowing noses, antlers and jingle bells. They smell super sweet too, cranberry and fig! 

Then I've made some Stary Sleigh Ride Bar Soaps. These smell like candy canes with a hint of Christmas pudding. 

I've been having some technical problems on the heart flutters shop, it should be updated and fixed tonight!

What's happening??

Thought I would pop in and share a few things that have been happening here in the last few weeks.

I turned 30, Paul spoiled me with a beautiful birthday party.

I've been crocheting up a few Christmas gifts.

We've been pushing Luke out of his comfort zone and taking him out different places to eat, so far he is doing really well. 

We took Blake to the Christmas pageant, he spent the whole time on Paul's shoulders and loved it!

Celebrating my beautiful SIL's birthday .

And stitching up a flock of birds for Christmas! 

So that's what's been happening here lately :-)
