Bunny Soaps are Here!!!

Bunny soaps have arrived! And they are rapidly multiplying.

They are a delicious combination of Jelly Bean Scent and Natural Goats Milk.

They are still the fantastic price of $5 and an awesome non chocolate easter gift. If you'd like some soapy bunnies to give this Easter let me know and I can surely sort something out for you :-)

Today I Made

Today I painted some rocks with some special words and hearts. Next time I will have to buy some for the boys to paint. 

The boys have already been playing with them, they love the words on them and love the feel of them.

A totally simple and fun activity for little ones ( and grown ones like me!) just a little paint and some rocks. They could be a really nice Easter project too, a lot of the rocks looked egg shaped and they could be painted up in fun coolers and then put in a sweet bowl or basket for display.

A Scrappy Share

There has been a little scrapbooking going on over here.It always makes my heart happy when I get to scrap!

 You Make My Heart Sing; I used some chalkboard paint on a piece of white card stock and am totally in love with it! So watch out for more to come ;-) There is also some hand painted hearts they were made with a mixture of water colour paints and acrylic paint, some doilies some gorgeous Heidi Swapp frames, a Martha Stewart punch or two and a few other bits and bobs.

Eight: This is Blake's birthday page I think most of the products on this page are from a studio calico kit. I loved that circle wood veneer and I even managed to sew through it!

Last but not least These Days: the background bee hive pattern is a mask I used from 'close to my heart' thanks to my friend Nell :-) There is a bit of old and new mixed in there too.

Valentines Day

We had a sweet little Valentines Day.

I made some spelt chocolate muffins for the boys.

Decorated the table for a special valentines dinner with my little guys.

I'm still enjoying this cute valentines lady bug :-)

And ended the night with Paul and a chocolate fountain! 

Today I Made

I've been needing a little pencil case and makeup case to pop in my handbag in the mornings. So instead of buying one I decided that I would use up some fabric and make them.

Just a simple little bag that has already come in handy. 

And keeps everything together instead of letting it float around in my handbag.

My Moments

Some of the small moments that make my heart sing.

Little Luke

We have had a traumatic few days.

Luke Had a large seizure at school and was rushed to hospital.

He is safe and happy and well now but these terrifying moments somehow change you. Obviously the appreciation of our happy little lives is overwhelming but also there will always be a closer eye and a more worried feeling there. Worried that he could have one at any time and that he might hurt himself when he has a seizure.

He is as he always has been the most loving little soul. We are recovering. And we will return to some kind of new normal.
