Project life Week Three and Four

So here is week two and week three :-D

Week two was fairly uneventful and I hadn't taken many photos for it. Maggie Luke's blanket was captured and I'm glad because she (yes she!) is such a big part of our lives. She plays a big role in Luke's sensory needs and takes a lot of pressure off of me, it makes it much easier for him to be able to look after his own sensory needs rather than depend on me. Although there are times when he most certainly needs me, these times are lessened thanks to Maggie. He treats Maggie like a person, he tells her she is cute and talks to her, he always knows where she is, I think Maggie might even deserve a whole page soon ;-)

week three was an exciting week we had a new couch delivered and it was Blake's Birthday! This new couch has completely changed our day to day lives so much! Blake asked to go to the museum for his birthday with his cousin, he had a wonderful day! 

So I'm nearly caught up :-)

Project Life

I finally decided to give in and have two albums for this year, last year I did a mish mash of project life and scrap pages and my album is bursting at the seams. I know just how popular project life has become in Scrapbook Land, I figured let's just go with it this year and see how we go. I can honestly say that I am completely loving my PL album already and though I will still be scrapping pages because it is such a delicious way to capture moments, enjoy products and be creative but PL has a really nice flow to an album, it really tells your continuous life journey and it is simple- love that! 

So this is week one, left side above right side below.

I'm not so worried if I miss weeks or if I'm not always up to date I've already had moments with my boys looking through the past few weeks enjoying seeing what we've been up to. So much more to share, I've decided that I'm just going to be blogging from my ipad for a while, so I'm hopefully here more often, if the formatting isn't so perfect oh well, it will just be nice to be here :-)

Paper Play

I've started off this year with a few pages of Paul and I. He's always so awesome letting me take photos with him and is generally fairly patient with me. Also I just love putting these pages together because I feel I can be much more girly with them than i can be with the boys pages.

Hello there!

We have had a really lovely break here, its been so lovely to relax and spend time with my two little ones. Last year was especially busy and I didn't realize just how much I had needed a break and some fun! I thought I would start off with sharing some of my Scrap pages from the last part of 2013. I have been doing Wilna Furstenberg's Art Class 2 (over at two peas in a bucket) So some of the pages are inspired by the class.

 Luke turned Six and all day exclaimed "thankyou, thankyou so much for my lovely birthday!!!"

Luke went to the Variety Club Christmas Party, he had a wonderful time and cam home with his face painted like a Rudolf, it was so cute!

Advent Day 2

The boys had an awesome time making cards for some special loved ones,

There was glitter and glue everywhere, some stamping and even some stars were glued on.

Advent Day 1

Today was all about Santa letters. Blake spent the morning colouring in his letter then writing down exactly what he wants

There was much excitement about the arrival of two elves, this one Zap they are not allowed to touch so they also have one that they love to play with.
